    Documents Required
  • Passport with validity of more than six months along with one set of Photocopies of all relevant pages.
  • 3 Visa application forms duly filled in and signed- Photocopy can be used

  • 4 Recent passport size colour photographs (Camera clicked with white background).
  • Covering letter from the applicant on company letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
  • Certified copy of the work permit which is to be arranged and sent by the counterpart Belgian Company.
  • Police Clearance certificate duly legalized by the Ministry of External affairs, New Delhi , India and should be valid for a period of 3 months, at the time of Applying.
  • Foreign Exchange endorsement/ Copy of Credit cards
  • Confirmed One way Air Ticket.
